Nicole Jackson

Nicole Jackson became a Real Estate Sales Associate in 2022 and continued her education to become a Real Estate Associate Broker in 2025. She has been with Blue Raven Realty since the beginning of her real estate career and has enjoyed every minute of it!

Nicole has lived in Wyoming for almost 35 years. She grew up in Douglas and moved to Wheatland in 2013. Having also lived in Riverton, Laramie, and Cody, she loves this state and every community she has had the pleasure of calling home. Her passion for community inspired her to turn that passion into a career.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family. Together, they love to hunt, fish, camp, and explore the beautiful state of Wyoming. Her wonderful husband has supported her through every adventure in her career, and her two wonderful sons keep her busy and on the go with their sports and recreational activities.

Nicole’s area of focus is Southeast Wyoming, but she has traveled—and is happy to travel—farther for her clients. She has listed and sold properties in Wheatland, Douglas, Glendo, Guernsey, Torrington, Chugwater, Cheyenne, Rock River, and Hanna.

With a focus on residential properties, Nicole enjoys helping individuals and families find their first homes, forever homes, and everything in between. She loves meeting new people, and her real estate career has given her the opportunity to do just that.

Whether clients are selling, purchasing, or looking for a market analysis, Nicole is happy to help. Her goal is to handle every client’s real estate needs professionally and make the experience as stress-free as possible!
